euthanasia for youngers

The initiative created by four liberals senators , attempts to
reduce below the limit of 18 years, the age of a person to request euthanasia.
From 16 age , the patient should have the authority to take the final decision. However in cases of persons under this age , would be resolved in consultation with parents.
"The pain hasn't limit age,is the same for adults and youngers".
This is the opinion of one senator,Jean-Jacques.
They also propose to give this right to die, to persons with mental problems.
